Sylvia MacNeil relocated to Hamilton in 2000 from Toronto. Though born in there, she was raised in Nova Scotia and says Hamilton is a perfect mix of the two – big city with a small-town vibe. Her background in sales & marketing provided the perfect skillset for a career in real estate, which she launched in 2018. Her business has grown steadily since then and now has a steady flow of repeat clients and referral business which is a testament to her professionalism. Her mission is to grow her business by providing clients with meaningful consultation, expert advice, comprehensive end-to-end service, and a seamless real estate transaction.

Sylvia is passionate about the environment and our impact on it; she loves the Bruce Trail and the various waterfalls which can be found throughout Hamilton. She also loves her Centremount neighbourhood, where she’s resided since 2019. In her spare time, she can be found exploring Hamilton’s various trails, especially the iconic Bruce Trail, and all the side trails that branch out from it. She states, “Hamilton's nature trails are probably it's most precious hidden gem.”

She also loves to volunteer and spend time with her family.
