Based on the conditions of our home that we sold, we had to find another home in a very short period of time. Two weeks seemed somewhat impossible to us, but Lisa worked her magic to get conditions met on both the home we sold and the 'new' one we purchased (one day after selling our other home!). It was a whirlwind process on both ends and she did an amazing job to get everything completed on time. Lisa has been doing this for a while and her experience shows. Lisa was absolutely fabulous from start to finish. As a first time home buyer I was extremely nervous, and I knew that in such an active real estate market we really needed to stay on top of what was available.
She was calm and collected, but always checking in to see how we were feeling so we didn't miss amazing properties.
She was always very honest about her thoughts on properties which I really appreciated.
She continued to stay in contact with us throughout the process to make sure everything was moving smoothly and that we weren't missing anything, and is still available anytime for us if we have any questions moving forward.
She knows the market and that is obvious, and we know that we can go to her for suggestions or help months even years after buying our house.
I will absolutely be using Lisa for the purchase of our next home, and whenever it comes time to sell our current home.

Lisa was amazing! She gave us great tips on how to declutter and organize our house prior to selling which I think really helped us get an offer in two days. She fought hard for us throughout the negotiation process and is still in touch after the sale, helping us with any of our needs. She also gave great recommendations on contractors (cleaners, and painters etc.)
