Corina Baldwin is one of Century 21 Sellers Choice top realtors, receiving multiple outstanding achievement and production awards with Century 21 Canada that have increased in levels over the years, from master ruby, master emerald, master diamond and in 2021 & 2022 achieved the international Centurion Award for production.

Prior to earning her real estate license in 2010, Corina studied Business Management, which led to an opportunity with Dale Carnegie Training. In 2000, she and her husband Mark purchased the Dale Carnegie franchise for Newfoundland & Labrador. After 10 years in the training industry and completing the Dale Carnegie Skills for Success, Sales Advantage & High Impact Presentation programs, Corina’s entrepreneurial spirit and passion grew for the sales industry.

Corina’s focus is to educate and guide her clients through the selling or buying process in a stress-free environment so they make informed decisions that benefit them. Her vision is to create happy clients and become their “lifetime realtor”.
