Cheryl is very good at her job as she is in it for the best interest of her clients. Never once did we feel she was in it for the commission. Her honesty was greatly appreciated as she is the expert in this field, not us. She did not let us buy something or even consider a house if it had tons of concerns with it. My boyfriend & I are young & first time home buyers - her honesty was great! Has a wonderful, fun personality! we shared a lot of laughs. Cheryl is very personable which makes the whole experience that much better! The knowledge Cheryl has regarding homes & the fine details of homes is amazing! 110% I would trust Cheryl with anything. She knew how hard this decision was for me and for me wanting to move but being to scared to move to my dream province.
